Agricultural and forestry biomass, residues from a range of activities and specific energy crops represent an economic resource for many countries and an increasingly important type of business for farmers.
This specialised salon at Eima International is devoted at agro-energy and supplies a high-level panorama of the equipment and technology needed for the rational and economical management of sustainable product chains in the field of energy, in all geographical contexts, both for farms and on the industrial scale.
Eima Energy’s open-air exhibition space is available for tests and demos of equipment and systems designed to convert biomass into energy. Covering over 4,000 m², the demos will include working examples of the machinery needed for the whole wood to energy product chain, energy specific crops, the use of agro-industrial wastes and their transportation and treatment for energy uses.
The exhibitors include manufacturers and distributors of gas and liquid bio-fuels, of the plant and technology involved in converting solid, liquid and gas bio-fuels into energy, and of the plant and technology for the production of solar, thermal and wind energy.
